Little Barn provides detached single-storey accommodation at Midgham Long Copse near Fordingbridge in Hampshire. The barn conversion forms part of a working stud farm and sits at the end of a track surrounded by 40 acres of woodland.

Conversion work focused on creating maximum space and light. High vaulted ceilings and plentiful beams feature throughout, complemented by rustic concrete floors with rugs and furnishings in natural woods. The open-plan living space combines seating, dining and kitchen areas in one bright area

Kitchen equipment covers essentials with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bedroom holds a kingsize sleigh bed, while the bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment. All spaces remain on the ground floor.

A decked sitting-out area with furniture gives private outdoor space. Guests also share an enclosed courtyard containing raised planting beds for produce, a fire pit, pizza oven and barbecue. Woodland grounds and a children’s play area extend the facilities, with electric vehicle charging points on site. Private parking for one car completes the practical arrangements.
